RENT REDUCTIONS

Eddie Bauer

   Successfully negotiated rent reductions on 87 leases with 23 landlords; 12 months’
   savings in excess of $3.4 million and term savings in excess of $7.3 million.

The Penn Traffic Company

   Successfully negotiated rent reductions on nine locations for a savings of $750,000.

Samuels Jewelers

   Successfully negotiated rent reductions on 53 locations in excess of $1.5 million.
